Sales of Digital Music Triple

The next time that someone from the RIAA tries to say that no one wants to buy digital music when they can pirate it, spit in their eye and point out that digital music sales now outstrip sales of CD-Singles! “Spurred by the iPod revolution, digital music sales totaled $790 million in the first half of this year, equivalent to 6 percent of industry sales, the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry estimated in a report Monday.”
